Description
We now render a subset of HTML in speaker bios, because Sched has a rich text editor and the fact that we already treated it as "markdownish" text and enriched inline URLs isn't enough. As speakers need formatted text both in Sched and here on the website.
I'm following up with a small fix PR, but this already fixes the user-facing problem.
Also ran the sync per Carolyn's request.
